Project Description: I worked with the VersionTracker Product Manager to help overhaul the interface for VersionTracker.com's and MacFixIt.com's e-commerce subscription sign-up system. TechTracker sought to reduce its abandonment rate and enhance its credibility by making sure the user had an interface that complimented both VersionTracker.com and MacFixIt.com as well as assuring the user of their place in the transaction process.
