House of Antique Hardware

About the client: House of Antique Hardware, founded in 1999, is an online retailer for both authentic antique and reproduction hardware.

Services provided: Information architecture and web site design.

Project Description: I worked with House of Antique Hardware as an information architect, art director, and site designer. I helped them develop the site structure to support their product offerings and streamline the purchase process, delivering site maps and storyboards. I worked with their photographers to create appealing product shots as well as doing photo research for sections of the site devoted to supporting content. I completely re-designed the site, delivering HTML templates and CSS for implementation in NetSuite.

Results: Sales conversion rates for the site increased by 20% in the first month following the launch of the new site.
