Creative Science School

About the client: Creative Science School is a K-8 focus option school within the Portland Public School District.

Services provided: Soup to nuts web site design, build, and maintenence.

Project Description: Creative Science School uses their web site primarily to market the school to parents seeking an alternative to traditional education for their children. I completely overhauled the existing site to support this goal. The current site features an overview of constructivist education, information about the teaching staff and units of study, and information on how to apply to the school using the Portland Public School's transfer process. Since the launch of the redesigned site, teachers have reported to me that prospective parents have said that one of the reasons they are so interested in the school is because the web site does such a great job of explaining it.
